What is the dress code?
We would love to see everyone dressed their best, so please come in formal attire! For men this would be suits, for women mid to floor length dresses.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love everyone’s kiddos, we have elected for our wedding to be child free. It will be a great night out for mom and dad!!
Where can I stay?
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Brady Hotel. To make a reservation with Brady Hotel, please give them a call at (573) 427-7829. When you book your reservation, please be sure to mention you are booking with the Huser/Prudhom wedding block. We have also reserved the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the wedding venue, so if you would prefer not to drive please feel free to utilize the shuttle!
Can I bring a plus 1?
We would love for the evening to be intimate and celebrate with our favorite loved ones, so only those who are listed on your invitation may join.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m., so please be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before that time to give yourself time to get to the ceremony location and be seated. While we would love to have everyone be a part of the ceremony, any guests that are not seated by 4 p.m. will have to meet us at the cocktail hour!
Where can I park?
There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the venue that will accommodate all of our guests who drive. There will be a shuttle provided by the venue to take guests to and from the parking lot to our ceremony and reception areas. For any loved ones with mobility limitations, please inform us when you r.s.v.p. so that we may make arrangements for you to be driven straight up to the ceremony location or we can save a designated parking spot outside of the ceremony location.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you r.s.v.p. We will then let the venue know so we can make accommodations for your dinner!
Is there an open or cash bar?
We have arranged for an open bar from 4:30-10:30 p.m. which includes beer, wine and liquor. We also have a selection of frozen cocktails as well as an NA option! There will also be water, soda, coffee and tea available in the bar area.
Can I take pictures with my phone or personal camera during the ceremony?
We have carefully selected very talented photographers and videographers who will document our ceremony and reception. We would love for the ceremony to be a phone-free, intimate gathering so please keep phones and cameras in your purses or pockets during the ceremony! We will be sure to share all of our photos from the evening when we receive them from our team. During the reception, please feel free to take any photos you want! We will have a photobooth available for guests to have fun with during the reception as well!
What is the timeline for the day?
Our ceremony is to begin at 4 p.m. sharp. Following the ceremony there will be a champagne toast then cocktail hour at 5 p.m. where guests can enjoy the open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres! At 6 p.m. dinner will begin, followed by a couple of speeches and a few dances. The reception will follow at approximately 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.!
When should I rsvp by?
Please rsvp as soon as possible but no later than August 1, 2026. We have a deadline to give our venue a final headcount to ensure there is enough food, drinks, etc.
What is there to do in Hermann, MO?
Hermann is a charming winery and brewery town about an hour outside of St. Louis. The weekend of our wedding will also be Oktoberfest, so please feel free to hang around on Saturday to explore the town!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be relocated indoors at the same venue!
